Pre-heat grill to 400 degrees.
My preference is to do 5 minutes on first side and 4 minutes on other side. Let it rest for 5 minutes.

These burgers are delish! BOLD, moist & spicy! Say good-bye to dry turkey burgers!
12-16 oz. Ground Turkey
1 T Olive Oil
2 T Minced Red Onion (Fresh is best, but dried will do)
2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 C Loosely Packed Chopped Parsley
2-3 tsp. Uncle H's (to taste)
1. Carefully hand mix all ingredients in a large bowl (be careful not to over mix).
2. Make 2-4 Patties depending on what size you may want. Slightly indent patties to prevent bulging,
3. Cook 5-6 minutes per side or until done. Top with lettuce, tomato, mayo and American cheese (or your own favorites)

Marinades are a great way to add tenderness & BOLDLY-INFUSED FLAVOR to your meats and veggies!
A dipping sauce adds just the right amount of DEPTH & TEXURE to your smaller bites!
Dipping Oil for French or Italian Bread
This makes an easy, SPICY, delicious appetizer!
1/4 C of your favorite Olive Oil 1-2 tsp Uncle H's Texas Style Steak Rub. In a small glass serving bowl, add the olive oil. Then add in the seasoning (1-2 tsp to taste Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve with French or Italian bread for dipping!
Uncle H's Steak Marinade
GREAT for any cut of beef!!
1/4 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) 2 T Soy Sauce (Use your favorite kind) 2 tsp Uncle H's. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, Place steak and marinade in a freezer bag, refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from refrigerator and bring to room temperature (about 30 minutes) This will marinate about 1 lb.
Vegetable Marinade
This marinade is GREAT on a variety of vegetables!
1/2 C EVOO 1/4 C Soy Sauce (I use Low Sodium) 1 T Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed is available) 1 T Minced Garlic 1 T Dark Sesame Oil 1/8 tsp each of: died basil, thyme, and oregano 1-2 tsp Uncle H's. Set some marinade aside to brush. Marinate vegetables about 30 minutes. Some good veggies to use are: Onion wedges, Asparagus, Bell Pepper rings or strips, and Zucchini. Cook on grill on medium heat per instructions: Asparagus: 6-8 minutes turning occasionally Onion wedges: 10-15 minutes turning several times Bell Pepper: 6-8 minutes turning occasionally Zucchini: 8-12 minutes turning at least once.
Chicken Marinade
Wine + Uncle H's = YUMMY!
1 tsp Onion Powder 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Dried Oregano 1 tsp Dried Basil 1 tsp Uncle H's 1 T EVOO 1/3 C White Wine (I use a Riesling) 4-6 Chicken Breast Combine all ingredients in a large Ziploc and mix well. Place chicken breast into bag and massage bag to coat all chicken. Marinate in refrigerator for 20 or 30 minutes. BUT no longer than 30 minutes. When ready to cook, brush BBQ grill with oil and coo chicken no longer pink inside and juices run clear. Discard bag with marinade.
Uncle H's Mob Sauce
This is a SUCCULENT, SAVORY sauce for your BBQ and WOW....It's delish!!
1/2 C Cider Vinegar 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 T Uncle H's 1 tsp Sugar Mix well. Great for crockpot BBQ dinners! NOTE: Add 1-2 tsp cayenne pepper if you really like it hotter and spicier!

4 Skinless, boneless Chicken Breast
12 Asparagus Spears, ends trimmed
1 Tomato, chopped up
4 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
Sea Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tsp Italian Seasoning (1/4 tsp for each chicken breast)
4 tsp Uncle H's (1/2 tsp per side of each chicken breast)
1 T EVOO

This is an easy BOLD, SPICY favorite for leftover Thanksgiving turkey.
Get some rolls ( Use your favorites) Put some mayo or salad dressing on the roll Pile on some leftover turkey Add a little stuffing.. YUMMY! Throw on some cranberry sauce (as much as you like) Reheat the delicious turkey gravy (adding Uncle H's to taste... Of course the more the better!) Drizzle the Uncle H's gravy over you sandwich

2-3 Potatoes, Peeled and sliced 1 Large Onion , sliced 1/4 tsp Uncle H's (Can add more to taste) Two turns of oil in a frying pan Heat oil and pan fry till reach desired crispness. You can add more oil as needed.

A BOLD-KICK-A** Breakfast!
1 Lg Egg (I used Brown Organic CDriftwood Sour Cream & Cheddar Tomato Soup age Free) 3 or 4 T Butter 2 Slices Wheat Bread (or bread of your choice) 1 Slice Deli Deluxe White American Cheese Fry egg in skillet with 2 T butter, sprinkle with Uncle H's to taste. Butter 1 slice of bread and place in skillet or on a griddle buttered side down. Add egg and cheese slice. Top with 2nd slice of bread and butter the top. Check to see if side is toasted, if so turn over and toast other side to your liking.

Your fabulous grilled cheese needs a SPICY, SAVORY SIDE dish to go with!
1 Serving of your favorite Tomato Soup 1 T Sour Cream 1/2 C Cheddar Cheese 1/2 tsp Uncle H's (per serving) 1 tsp fresh basil, chopped Heat soup and add 1/2 tsp Driftwood Seasoning per serving of soup. When heated to desired temperature, garnish each bowl of soup with 1/2 C Cheddar Cheese and 1 T Sour Cream. Sprinkle chopped basil on top. ENJOY!

1 Small can tuna, drained (Use your favorite kind) 1 - 2 T Mayo (to taste) 1 - 2 tsp Driftwood Seasonings (I use 2) 1 -2 tsp chopped onion (use your favorite) Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve chilled on toasted bread. Variations: you can add relish (dill cubes or sweet relish), hard boiled egg (chopped), ripe olives (sliced). I also like to serve mine on a lettuce leaf. I use Romaine lettuce leaves for this. Garnish with chopped tomato. Or just plain bread not toasted..
